John M. Williams, D.D.S. 
Dr. John Williams is the owner of Headwinds Solutions Minnesota.  A licensed general dentist and forensic odontologist, he knows first-hand the frustrations of purchasing supplies and equipment, and has set out to ease those frustrations for others. 

In addition to memberships in traditional dental organizations (the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, the Minneapolis District Dental Society and the National Dental Association), Dr. Williams is a committed participant in many other professional associations.  He is president of the American Society of Forensic Odontology, as well as a member and fellow in the American Academy of Forensic Sciences.  Dr. Williams is a member of the Region V Disaster Mortuary Operational Response Team (DMORT).  As a member of the Minnesota Disaster Dental Identification Team, he volunteered his expertise in New York City after the 9/11 disaster.  In 2002 he was appointed by the governor to serve on the Metropolitan Airports Commission.

Janie S. Westbrook 
Janie Westbrook is the Vice President of sales for Headwinds Solutions Minnesota. With more than 15 years of successful sales experience in the healthcare arena, representing major laboratory supply, medical and pharmaceutical companies (Mead Johnson, Baxter Scientific Products, Baxter Healthcare, and Johnson & Johnson).  

Prior to joining Headwinds Solutions she was a franchise owner of a women’s fitness center and an independent sales consultant for small and medium size companies.  Her success in growing and retaining companies’ sales for products and services in the medical and laboratory arenas contributed to her strengths in business development, segment marketing and strong customer rapport building skills.
